How My Own Recovery Inspired This Work
Years ago, I was recovering from a traumatic, life-altering injury that left me uncertain about my future. Conventional approaches weren’t giving me the relief I hoped for, and I struggled to find a path forward. When I discovered Ortho-Bionomy®, the gentle, respectful nature of the work allowed my body to release patterns of pain and tension in ways I had never experienced before. It brought clarity, comfort, and hope back into my healing process.
Today, I share this work because I believe in it. I understand what it feels like to live with pain, discomfort and uncertainty while searching for something that truly helps. Ortho-Bionomy® honors the body’s innate wisdom and its natural ability to self-correct. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where each person can reconnect with ease, balance, and relief—at a pace that feels right for their body.
Ortho-Bionomy® Questions
Common Questions
What should I wear to my session?
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. Most sessions take place on a massage table, but I can also work with you seated or standing if needed.
How long does a session last?
Most Ortho-Bionomy® sessions are 60–75 minutes. This allows enough time for your body to settle, unwind, and respond gently to the movements and positions of comfort.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept cash or check at the time of your appointment.
Is Ortho-Bionomy® painful?
No. The work is gentle and non-force. Sessions use comfortable positioning and subtle movements to help your body release tension naturally—never through pressure or pain.
How is this different from massage or chiropractic care?
Ortho-Bionomy® doesn’t use deep pressure or adjustments. Instead, it supports the body’s own corrective reflexes and helps release tension through ease, comfort, and positional alignment.
